When you sign up you are given the choice to choose Essential Rewards. I highly recommend joining if you plan on ordering more products and oils! I will talk a little more about the essential rewards program a little farther down.

When you are signing up for your kit, it will ask you if you want to choose essential rewards.
So what is Essential Rewards ? It is the optional members rewards program that is a FREE loyalty program. You can say YES to essential rewards when you initially get started or you can join anytime after!

To maintain your Essential Rewards, you will place a monthly order of at least $50PV. The monthly order can be customized, products changed each month, and you can even change your shipment processing day each month as needed. You are earning rewards for making purchases for products you use and love!
Once you get started on oils, you will see that there is such a wide selection of oils and all natural products making it easy for you to replace all the toxic, chemical filled products in your home… and all shipped right to your door! (Think laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, makeup, toothpaste, deodorant and so much more!!)
How to Manage your Essential Rewards Order
1. Log into your account
2. Select “ER Monthly Order” (in the left hand column).
This is where you can change the products in your order, shipping address, payment method and processing date. You can also select “Manually Process” to process your order and get all your goodies sooner!
At the start of each month, I do an inventory of all my products and see what I am almost out of and what I want to make or use this month (seasonal oils, laundry soap, dish soap, citrus oils for diffusing, oils to make bug spray, etc).
3. Select “Change Order” (located in the first box).
You will see a list of the items currently in your order. You can delete products in the order you don’t need that month and then use the search bar to quickly find items you need or want to try for that month.
At the bottom of the screen is a summary of your order. There you can delete items as well as see the free items you are eligible for as you hit PV (point value) amounts for that month!
**To gain benefits of Essential Rewards your order must total 50 PV or more. You get a percentage of that back to your account (to spend on “shop” aka one time orders/not essential rewards orders). See above graphic for percentages! Starts at 10% back and goes up to 25% the longer you participate! That’s free points to buy anything!
4. Once you have added the items you want and deleted the ones you don’t need that month, make sure to click the “SAVE MONTHLY ORDER” button. Your order will process on your scheduled date (which you can adjust also). OR, if you want your order sooner, you can choose “Manually Process Today”… this will process your order that same day rather than waiting for your scheduled date. This will be your ER order for the month and there will not be another order on the “Processing date” for that month.
You will need to adjust and make changes to your order EACH month. IF you do nothing, the items that are in your essential rewards cart will automatically ship to you on the processing date.
