My favorite recipes are the ones that are yummy and easy!
I love to make a homemade meal for my family, but don’t like to spend hours in the kitchen cooking and cleaning.
Today I have another one of my families favorite recipes. These BBQ Chicken sliders are so easy to make… and you can customize and add extra toppings that your family loves.
Let’s get cooking!
Ingredients:
- Easy BBQ Crockpot Chicken (1/2 of the recipe)
- Sliced Cheddar Cheese, I use 4 slices
- 1 package of Hawaiian Sweet rolls, 12 count
- BBQ sauce, this is my families FAV
Directions:
Go ahead and have the chicken cooking or use the saved 1/2 of the recipe and reheat.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9×12 glass baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.
Then, I use a bread knife to split the Hawaiian rolls horizontally- so there is a top and bottom half.
Place the bottom half of the rolls in your baking dish.
Add the warmed BBQ Crockpot Chicken – or use half of the just cooked recipe.
Add more BBQ sauce on top.
Placed the sliced cheddar cheese on top in a single layer.
Put the “top” of the buns over the top.
Put in the oven at 350 for 5-7 minutes – or until cheese is melted.
Cut into the 12 roll size sections for the sliders.
We like to serve our with a side off baked beans and veggies or a side salad.
Enjoy!
I hope you’ll come back soon for more easy recipes, DIY’s, budget decor and all the in between.
