I love sliders!!! They are easy to make & family friendly! You can find more of my slider recipes here on my blog: cheeseburger sliders and BBQ Chicken sliders. My family loves these Ham & Cheese sliders they have a brown sugar topping that makes them so flavorful. I usually make them with sliced ham from the deli- but I had some leftover Easter ham so I used it this time and they were so good!
Ingredients:
- Hawaiian rolls
- sliced ham
- sliced cheddar cheese
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershiresauce
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally- you will have a top and bottom half.
- Place the bottom half on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Layer sliced ham on the bottom half of the buns.
- Add sliced cheese on top of the ham.
- Place the top half of the buns on top.
- In a small bowl mix the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Spoon the melted mixture over the top of the buns.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve!
- Enjoy!!!
