Cheeseburger Sliders
These are great for an easy dinner and also make a great appetizer for get togethers!
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 1 TBSP Moore's marinade
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Powdered garlic
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 12 count Hawaiian rolls
- 6 -8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- optional:
- pickles
- ketchup
- mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, Moore’s, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press mixture into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the meat is medium.
- While the meat is cooking, slice the entire pack of buns in half lengthwise. Place bottom half into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Spread ketchup and mustard (if using) evenly across the buns.
- Once the meat is cooked, I cut it in half to make it easier to transer. Use two large spatulas to transfer the meat patty on top of the buns.
- Lay pickles on top of the meat (if using) dividing amongst the sliders.
- Then layer cheddar cheese slices.
- Place the bun tops on.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and brush on the bun tops with a pastry brush.
- Bake sliders for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Slice into 12 individual portions.
- Enjoy!
