This is one of our favorite appetizers to serve for Thanksgiving and Christmas! It only needs a few ingredients and is easy to put together.*
Ingredients :
- 2 – 16 oz cans of biscuits (I use the Homestyle Buttermilk)
- Brie cheese, two 8 oz wheels
- cranberry sauce – homemade or one can whole cranberry sauce
- fresh rosemary, chopped
Directions:
- Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Cut up the brie into small 1/2” -1” pieces- I cut the outer “rind” off first. (My family prefers smaller chunks of the cheese- so we do the 1/2” pieces).
- Separate the biscuits rounds and cut each into 4 pieces.
- Place a piece of cubed brie into the center of each biscuit piece and roll into a ball.
- In your Bundt pan, layer a small amount of cranberry sauce ( a few dollops spread around in the bottom, add a layer of the biscuit balls then add some cranberry & rosemary.
- Repeat layers until you run out of the biscuits and Brie balls.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45min.
- Flip upside down onto a large serving plate and serve hot.
OPTIONAL: add chopped pecans in with the layers
Enjoy!
