I wanted a way to make homemade bread that was easy and took very little prep. After months of researching, I found a bread machine that is easy to use and has a ceramic lined baking pan for healthier cooking and it does all the work for you!
It’s a 15 in 1 bread maker and can make basic bread, gluten free, sourdough, and even has dough and yogurt function. It has a non-stick ceramic pan. 360° dual heaters for even baking. There is an auto fruit/nut dispenser so you can add extras into your bread. There is a 15 hour timer and you can make bread in just 3 easy steps. The machine does all the work- mixing, kneading , rising and baking!
My family loves the “basic bread” recipe that comes in the bread machine manual. I also bought this bread machine cookbook to expand our recipe options.

INGREDIENTS for my “basic bread”: (this made a 1.5 pound loaf)
- 1 cup Water (room temp)
- 2 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 TBSP Sugar
- 2 TBSP Milk (I use Fairlife skim milk)
- 3 cup bread flour (I use King Arthur)
- 1 tsp yeast
DIRECTIONS:
Add the ingredients to the ceramic pan in THIS order- DO NOT MIX- simply layer in this order:
- water
- milk
- Oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Flour
- yeast
- Close the lid then program the settings.
- For this bread : Rotate menu knob to PROGRAM 1
- Turn the nut dispenser to OFF.
- Select size of loaf
- Choose toast level (light, medium or dark toast level) I choose light.
- Press START and the machine will do the mixing, kneading, rising and baking all in one!!!
- The machine will beep when complete. Once the ingredients are added it will take about three hours for your loaf of bread to bake.
