Green Bean Casserole tends to be a common side dish for holiday gatherings and while I like it, my family does not. So instead, I cook a different green bean recipe that they enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, ends trimmed off
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Add green beans then sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to combine.
- Bake for 15 minutes then flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a little extra parmesan cheese (if your family loves cheese like mine does) and serve.
