These are a quick and easy lunch idea, busy weeknight dinner idea or even a great appetizer! You can customize the toppings making it kiddo friendly too! Serve with a side of veggies and fruit for a complete meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Everything But The Bagel seasoning (if desired)
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella
- pepperoni slices, l use 2 for each “pizza”
- Any extra toppings you like
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray your muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Cut your biscuits in half to make 16 pieces.
- Take each biscuit piece and flatten it out into a circle and place in the muffin tin pressing along sides to create a well in the center for your toppings.
- Sprinkle edges with Everything But The Bagel seasoning, if desired.
- Next add pizza sauce, then cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden
- Cool a little then serve and enjoy!
