Do you love cheesecake and strawberries? Then you need to try these! I have been making these for years. They are easy to make and only need a few ingredients. They are the perfect appetizer or sweet treat for all your summer get togethers, and you can make them ahead of time too!
You will need:
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pint strawberries
- 5-6 graham crackers crushed
How to make:
- Rinse all strawberries and let dry.
- Remove the stem and center of the strawberries- I used a strawberry huller- it makes quick work of this task.
- Mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then mix in whipped cream and vanilla.
- Pour into a Ziploc bag and cut tip.
- Squeeze the cheesecake filling into the strawberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers right before serving.
TIPS:
- use strawberry huller to remove stem and centers
- Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag and roll with rolling pin.
- When topping the strawberries with graham crackers- I found it easier to dip the top of the strawberries individually into the bag with graham cracker crumbs.
