Hi Friends!

February 6, 2019 in Decor

This post may contain affiliate links. If you click on these links and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission- at no extra cost to you.

I want to welcome each every one of you who have joined me here on my new blogging adventure.

I am so excited to have one place to be able to share my DIY’s with you and my love for design and home decor. All sprinkled in with a little bit of motherhood and a whole lot of real life along the way.  I have so many projects that I have already done and many more coming up- that I can’t wait to share with you.

My goal is to inspire you to decorate your own home. To create a warm, cozy and beautiful space perfect for you and your family – and to do it on a budget. I not only want to share my love for home decor {both seasonal decorating and everyday styling}, but also show you how to shop your home, and create beautiful spaces on a budget.

So a little bit about me… I am the wife of a law enforcement officer who has been protecting and serving for over 27 years. We have two beautiful boys, my oldest will be 8 in February and my youngest is 2.5 years old.

I started a home decor account on Instagram a little over 2 years ago. Initially it was a place for me to keep all the decor accounts I followed and loved in one spot and also to share some of my own DIY’s. I never would have imagined it would have blossomed into what it is now.

When we purchased our fixer upper forever home a little over a year ago… all the creative juices started flowing even more than usual. The entire home needed to be updated… every. single. space. The projects have been getting done… on a budget and lots of DIY’s. They are getting checked off one by one, to create the home of our dreams, that is perfect for my family.

Our Southern style farmhouse features a covered front porch. It has a grey exterior, white trim, black door and black shutters. the house sits on a hill, and features southern living style with an , american flag, rocking chairs, farmhouse lighting, and boston ferns. as it sits among a shaded, wooded lot.

I am so excited about this blog, and hope you find it a great resource for you as you create beauty –on a budget- in your own home.

Let’s get creative together!

XO – Tiffany

Hey! I kinda found you on accident while trying to get ideas and inspiration on what to do to update my home. I love all the farmhouse freshness and am very anxious to get started. I have a 23 year old young man and twin 18 year old girls. Time has flown😢 All still home at this point as when we moved to this house everyone needed their own room! Once these birdies have left the nest, we will continue living here so I’m getting antsy on staying busy when they all leave for college and starting on their own. Probably TMI but just feel comfortable with telling you this. Bless your husband for giving so much to protecting others. Looking forward to seeing what your blog has to offer. Good luck on this venture!!

I think I found my favorite fall garland yet. 😍🤎 I think I found my favorite fall garland yet. 😍🤎The muted magnolia leaves + warm rusty fall tones are SO pretty and give it that natural, collected look I love. A new table doesn’t mean you need all new decor. 🤎 A new table doesn’t mean you need all new decor. 🤎Mention: ENTRY and I’ll send you the details.I finally found a new table for our entryway, and instead of buying everything to style it at once, I shopped our home for pieces I already love.I started with year-round staples—a favorite vase, taper candles for height and warmth, and a few decorative accents. Then I added just two little nods to early fall: muted mauve berry stems and a cozy scented candle. 🍂I’d still love to add baskets or storage ottomans underneath, but I’m waiting until I find the right ones rather than buying something just to fill the space.Because that’s really how I want our home to feel…Collected over time, not purchased all at once. 🤎And when the seasons change? I can simply switch out a stem, a candle or a small accent and let those staple pieces stay.•••LinkDM *186*new entryway table, entryway table styling, console table decor, early fall decor, early fall decorating, transition to fall, subtle fall decor, collected home, collected interiors, shop your home, decorating with what you have, timeless home decor, year round decor, seasonal decorating, mauve berry stems, fall stems, fall scented candle, cottage home decor, vintage cottage style, cozy home, layered interiors, slow decorating, affordable decorating ideas, fall entryway decorhttps://liketk.it/6kNJf
