Directions:

Step 1: Make the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool for about 10–15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and sour cream until smooth.

Add the key lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue whisking until everything is fully combined.

Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust.

Step 3: Bake

Bake the pie for 10-12 minutes, just until the edges are set and the center still has a slight jiggle.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.
