Ingredients
- 8 brioche hot dog buns
- 32 frozen meatballs, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups marinara sauce, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons melted garlic butter spread
- Chopped parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook the meatballs according to the package directions.
- While the meatballs cook, carefully cut around the top edge of each bun. Press the center down to create an opening without cutting completely through the bun.
- Arrange the prepared buns snugly inside the baking dish.
- Brush the tops and insides of the buns with melted garlic butter. Bake for 4–5 minutes.
- Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce into each bun.
